That the choice of “Star 69" for Last Call Return was 100% intentional. I know you think I’m being immature and nostalgic at the same time, but seriously think about it. The action is a complete inverse of what you received. Could have made it Star 88 or Star 96 or Star 00...anything else. Also, did anyone know you could preface with *67 to prevent your number from being revealed? I never had to worry about this stuff because TXT and Instant Messaging took off when I got my first phone. If they had of added a pound sign (#)...
That’s what we used to call the hashtag in my day. My grandad called it a “number sign.” Ancient Egyptians used to call it a “playing field” for some competive game involving x’s and o’s.
